Order Cancellation:
- Petliking.com accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped.
- If the order is canceled you will get a full refund immediately.
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Undamaged and Unused products may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the order date.
- Returns must include all accessories and original packaging materials.

The product contained a stake and two cables. The grip handle helps you place the stake at the location you prefer at any time. The sturdy and durable reflective cable helps your dog easily be seen at night and provides plenty room for your dog to roam. The cables are 20 or 25 FT which fits for a medium to large size dog up to 90 Lbs. The steel is covered with vinyl and with designed bone ends to protect the steel from rust.
