About Free Shipping:

For orders over $79.99, FREE Shipping will be provided to the contiguous U.S.
For orders less than $79.99, a flat rate of $9.99 will be charged for each order.
The shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

About Shipping Time:

Most of the orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders containing products under the Pet Marvel or CATBOAT brand will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us before the next business day.
For regular products, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days.
For New Launch Products, you can expect delivery within 8-15 business days.
To ensure our customers receive the new products as early as possible, some of the new products are shipped directly from the manufacturers using air express, it will make customer get new products 15 to 45 days earlier because the maritime transport will always take 30~60 days.
Shipping time will be commenced and estimated from the date of shipping rather than the date of order as the matter of an incorrect address and other force majeure factors, the expected date to arrive at the final destination will be altered and delayed.
