About Free Shipping

  • For orders over $79.99, FREE Shipping will be provided to the contiguous U.S. 
  • For orders less than $79.99, a flat rate of $9.99 will be charged for each order.
  • The shipping cost will be calculated at check out. 

About Shipping Time

  • Most of the orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders containing products under the Pet Marvel or CATBOAT brand will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us before the next business day.
  • For regular products, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days.
  • For some products, you can expect delivery within 8-15  business days. 
  • To ensure our customers receive the some products early as possible, some of the new products are shipped directly from the manufacturers using air express, it will make customer get new products 15-45 days earlier because the maritime transport will always take 30-60 days.
  • Shipping time will be commenced and estimated from the date of shipping rather than the date of order as the matter of an incorrect address and other force majeure factors, the expected date to arrive at the final destination will be altered and delayed.

About Shipping Carrier

  • Our carrier partner providers are FedEx, UPS, USPS
  • P.O. Boxes address is not valid, please fill in the street address instead.
  • If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order accordingly to the tracking information.

Addresses Cannot Be Delivered in the US

Currently, undeliverable addresses in the US include:

  • Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Pacific

Multi-Region Shipping

  • Supported Products:

Currently includes regular cat litter boxes, several cat furniture, Petfamily water fountain, and Petfamily deodorizer. Please note that product availability may vary depending on the region, and successful checkout shall prevail.

  • Supported Regions:

Europe: Sweden, Ireland, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Italy, and Turkey.
Americas: Canada and Brazil.
Asia: Hong Kong.

  • Delivery Time and Fees:

The estimated delivery time is 10-30 business days; actual delivery time depends on the carrier's efficiency. The shipping fee ranges from $11.99 to $29.99, with the actual fee determined by the products and the total order amount. Free shipping is not applicable for multi-region delivery.

  • Checkout Confirmation:

To confirm if we deliver to your location, please proceed to checkout. Please note that the list of supported regions may be updated periodically, and successful checkout serves as confirmation of our shipping services to that location.

  • Returns and Refunds Policy:

For returns and refunds involving the aforementioned regions, products returned due to quality problems will receive a full refund, while returns for other reasons need you to cover the shipping costs and other associated expenses.

  • Special Terms and Conditions:

You will be responsible for customs clearance and tariffs for international shipments.
