If Petliking Selections didn’t meet your expectation, we will offer our customers a 30-Day Return Guarantee from purchase date.
Order Cancellation:
- Petliking.com accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped.
- If the order is canceled you will get a full refund immediately.
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
- If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days.

Undamaged and Unused products may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the order date.

How can I prevent my cat from getting stressed while using the pet dryer box?
We recommend that you introduce your cat to the sound of the dryer by turning it on for 10-20 minutes every day when you first receive the product. After a week of getting used to it, your cat should be comfortable with the sound and not resist using the dryer box.
How long does it take to dry a cat with the dryer box?
The drying time varies depending on the size and thickness of your cat's fur. Typically, it takes between 40-80 minutes. If you want to shorten the drying time, we suggest taking your cat out every 30 minutes to wipe them down and clean the hair from the back filter.
What should I do if my cat pees in the dryer box?
The pet dryer box has a unique collection tray that you can remove and clean if your cat pees inside the box.
How do I clean and disinfect the dryer box after use?
After use, you can press and hold the "Odour" button to perform ozone sterilization. For other areas, simply clean them by wipes. Please make sure there are no living creatures inside the machine when using the "Odour" function.
Is the pet dryer box safe to use?
Yes, the product has undergone multiple safety tests before leaving the factory and is equipped with a temperature sensing probe. If the temperature inside the box exceeds 107 degrees Fahrenheit, the power will automatically shut off to ensure your pet's safety.
